Every position: paid leave under the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act, one shift meal per shift worked, weekly pay, card tips paid out in cash at the end of every shift, and retirement savings through the Illinois Secure Choice program by payroll deduction. We do not offer health insurance.

Line Cook / Pizza Maker

2 openings · 3 shifts per week

$17.00–$20.00 per hour — cooking only, no prep responsibilities

Pizza Cook owns the dough, the build and the deck ovens. Line Cook owns the hot line: pastas, sauté entrées, hot appetizers, sandwiches and soup. Not a tipped position.

Kitchen Utility — Prep & Dish

1 opening · 3 shifts per week

$15.00–$18.00 per hour

Entry-level station. Preps the components every station runs on, then keeps the dish pit moving through service so no station runs out of a clean pan, plate or tool. Not a tipped position.

Appetizer Cook

1 opening · shifts assigned weekly

$15.00–$18.00 per hour

Entry-level station. Owns the cold line: salads, cold appetizers, soup plating, dessert and bread service. Not a tipped position.

Roller

2–3 openings · shifts assigned weekly

$15.00–$18.00 per hour

Entry-level station, 18 or older. Rolls dough on the sheeter as the pizza station needs it, grabs what the line calls for, folds boxes, pulls pizzas from the oven, cuts them, and calls the right server to the pass. Not a tipped position.

Delivery Driver

2 openings · 2–3 shifts per week

$15.00 per hour + 100% of your delivery tips + mileage at the IRS rate

On the road you are Cannova's at the door; between runs you work the kitchen. Your own insured vehicle, a clean driving record, 18 or older, and a valid Illinois license held at least two years. No tip credit is taken.

FOH Utility

1 opening · 3 shifts per week

$15.00–$18.00 per hour + 10% of each server's tips + tips on carryout orders you take

Entry-level station, no certifications required: the floor's busser and helper — running food, bussing and resetting tables, backing up every other station.

Host

1 opening · Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

$15.00–$18.00 per hour + tips on carryout orders you take

Owns the door: greeting, honest wait quotes, the waitlist, the phone and to-go orders, and seating to the floor's pace.

Server

2 openings · 3 shifts per week

$9.00–$12.00 per hour cash wage + your tips (tip credit applies; guaranteed at least $15.00 per hour with tips)

Full-service tables in a small dining room. Tips out 10% to FOH Utility and 8% of drink sales to the bar.

Bartender — Service Bar & Counter

1 opening · 3 shifts per week

$13.00–$16.00 per hour cash wage + your tips + 8% of each server's drink sales (tip credit applies; guaranteed at least $15.00 per hour with tips)

Mostly a service-bar and counter role: pours for the floor, rings and hands off carryout, runs the register. BASSET certified, or willing to get it before your first shift.
